Mexican Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Owens hot sausage
    1 tsp. chopped garlic or garlic powder
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. or less bell pepper
    2 c. hash browns, shredded
    1 tsp. cumin
    salt and pepper to taste
    Louisiana hot sauce
    8 eggs
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    hot flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown hot sausage with the chopped garlic or garlic powder, chopped onion and chopped bell pepper.
    Add 2 cups hash browns. Season with 1 teaspoon cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add dashes of hot sauce.
    Simmer.
    Beat together the eggs, scrambled with 1/4 cup of water, salt and pepper.
    Just before done, add 1 cup or more of cheese.
    Stuff hot flour tortillas.
