Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1 can cream of chicken soup (can use mushroom)
    1 jar chopped pimento
    1 bag potato chips
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. diced celery
    1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and debone chicken.
    Mix all ingredients. Put in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Crush and sprinkle potato chips over hot casserole.
    Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
