Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked)
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon; beat lightly.
    Heat milk until just beginning to scald.
    Beat milk into egg mixture; pour into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until table knife comes out clean when inserted in center.
