Herb Grilled Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast
    1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
    1 Tbsp. dried thyme
    1/8 tsp. ground bay leaf
    2 cloves garlic, peeled
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except chicken.
    Process until mixture is pureed.
    Spread mixture on all sides of breast pieces.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight (or at least 15 minutes).
    Before grilling, scrape off excess marinade.
    Grill or broil 6 to 8 inches from heat source for 5 to 10 minutes per side until cooked through.
    Makes 4 servings.
