Beef Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 baking potatoes
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, diced
    dash of garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake potatoes, cool and slice in halves lengthwise.
    Brown beef and diced onions; drain.
    Scoop centers from baked potatoes, mash and add mayonnaise, milk and Cheddar cheese.
    Mix beef with mashed potato mixture.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Spoon into shells of baked potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with butter.
