Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    2 medium bell peppers
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 large jar pimentos
    1 bunch cilantro
    1 large bottle Zesty Italian dressing
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and let sit overnight.
    Add shredded Cheddar cheese, 2 to 3 chopped avocados and 2 to 3 chopped tomatoes.
    Drain excess dressing and serve on lettuce leaf.
