Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bag egg noodles, cooked
    1 can sweet peas
    2 cans tuna, drained
    1 can evaporated milk or water (to reduce fat content)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, diced (light, if desired)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Melt soup, cheese and milk (or water) on stove top in saucepan or in microwave in a large casserole dish.
    Pour over cooked noodles, tuna and peas.
    Stir.
    Cook until bubbly in a 350\u00b0 oven. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes so sauce can thicken.
    Serve over toast, if desired.
