Open Face Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell (9 to 10-inch)
    1 qt. blueberries (4 c.)
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In a saucepan, put 1 cup blueberries, sugar and water.
    Bring to a boil; make a paste combining flour, salt and water.
    Add to the blueberry mixture, stirring until thickened.
    Remove from heat and add hot mixture to uncooked reserved 3 cups blueberries.
    Fold well and pour all into the baked pie shell.
    Chill for at least 3 hours.
    Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
