Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    4 c. sugar
    1 small can frozen lemon juice
    1 can water
    1 large can pineapple juice
    5 bananas
    1 large can frozen orange juice
    1 can water
    3 qt. ginger ale
    sherbet
Preparation
    Boil water and sugar for 3 minutes and cool.
    Mix lemon juice, water and pineapple juice.
    Cut bananas lengthwise; remove seeds. Crush and pour 1/2 lemon juice mixture over bananas.
    Add orange juice and 1 can water.
    Mix altogether; add to cooled syrup.
    Place in wide mouth jars and freeze.
    Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving; add ginger ale.
    Add pint of sherbet.
