English Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can English peas
1 tsp. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. sharp cheese, diced
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. pickle relish
1 hard-boiled egg, diced
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Drain peas and add onions, peppers, cheese, celery and pickle relish.
Mix well and then toss gently with mayonnaise and egg. Chill.
