Picadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. green olives, sliced
    1/4 c. slivered blanched almonds
    1/3 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. capers (optional)
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. red wine (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet; drain off fat.
    Add tomato sauce and remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
    Serve with rice.
