Genevieve Bender'S Pizzelles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. oleo, melt and cool
    3 1/4 c. sugar
    1 doz. eggs
    1 tsp. anise oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    6 c. flour
    1/2 c. whiskey
Preparation
    Cream sugar and melted oleo.
    Beat in eggs, adding them one at a time.
    Stir in anise oil, lemon extract, vanilla and cinnamon. Add flour, one cup at a time. Stir in whiskey.
    Drop tablespoonful on hot pizzelle iron and cook for 30 to 40 seconds.
