Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. hot pepper
    1 1/2 c. bell pepper
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    16 oz. bottle Certo
    3 drops green food coloring
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Put coarsely chopped peppers and vinegar in blender.
    Blend until finely chopped.
    Add sugar and bring mixture to a rolling boil.
    Remove from heat and add pectin.
    Boil 3 minutes longer. Add food coloring a drop at a time until color desired.
    Stir and seal in jar (hot sterilized).
    Will make 6 or 7 half-pint jars of jelly.
