Plantation Dinner Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. milk
    1 lb. can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked noodles or elbow macaroni
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain; add onion, soup, corn, pimiento, milk, salt and pepper.
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    Mix together ground meat mixture and noodles.
    Put in a casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top, returning to oven just long enough to let the cheese melt.
    Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
