Baked Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs or 3/4 c. egg mix equals 3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
a sprinkle of nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

In a large bowl, place the egg mix.
Add water slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Beat well until slightly fluffy.
Stir cinnamon and nutmeg into the eggs.
In another bowl, mix together the sugar and flour.
Stir into eggs.
Stir in evaporated milk, margarine and vanilla flavoring.
