Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or beef and pork mixture
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. mild taco salsa
Preparation
    Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs and 1 cup salsa.
    Pat into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Spoon remaining salsa over loaf.
    Continue baking for 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
