Pecan Delight Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. crushed soda crackers
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. finely chopped dates
Preparation

Combine sugar and baking powder with stiffly beaten egg whites.
Fold in crushed crackers, pecans, dates and vanilla. Pour into greased 9-inch pie tin.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with toasted pecans.
