Reuben Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. rye bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 lb. ground beef, lightly browned
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Mix egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and mustard well.
    Add sauerkraut, ground beef and corned beef.
    Fill pie shells with first layer of meat mixture.
    Then a layer of cheese, another layer of meat and final layer of cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 12.
