Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. imitation crabmeat (chunk-style)
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
Stir in crab, onion, parsley and cheese.
Spoon into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
