Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    16 oz. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 small or 1 large can chopped water chestnuts
    1 Tbsp. dry parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Thoroughly drain thawed spinach.
    Squeeze to remove any excess moisture.
    Chop with sharp knife through a few times.
    Set aside in strainer.
