Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers
2 Tbsp. black olives
2 Tbsp. green olives
1 small onion, diced
1 medium tomato, wedge cut
1 can refried beans
2 c. shredded cheese
1 pkg. taco mix
nacho chips
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain fat.
Over medium heat, add refried beans and taco mix (add water according to directions on package). Stir well and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes with lid on skillet.
Pour meat mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer other ingredients as follows: sour cream, peppers, olives, onion, tomato and cheese.
Serve warm over nacho chips.
