Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. dry onion soup
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook spinach five minutes; drain.
Put a layer of spinach into a quart casserole dish.
Cover with sour cream that has been mixed with dry onion soup.
Put rest of spinach on this mixture. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbles and cheese melts.
