Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 4 lb. flounder
1/2 lb. crabmeat
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 pkg. packaged stuffing
3 strips bacon
Preparation

Cut a pocket on each side of backbone of fish.
Mix together the stuffing, crab and lemon juice.
Stuff the pockets with stuffing mixture.
Lay bacon strips on the stuffed pockets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a well greased dish.
