Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. quick oats
    1 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. powdered milk
    1/2 c. sliced almonds or other nuts
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Heat oil and honey (I do this in the microwave).
    Pour over dry mixture and stir until evenly mixed.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and stir two or three times while cooling to prevent sticking together.
    When cool, add 1/2 cup raisins.
    Store at room temperature.
