    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. sugar
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
