Hashed Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hashed brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. melted butter
1 green bell pepper
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 c. sour cream
1 c. corn flake crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine potatoes, onions, butter, green pepper, cheese, celery and sour cream, salt and pepper to taste in bowl.
Mix well. Spoon into baking dish.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
