Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium sized sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 pie shell

Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
Cool, peel and mash until smooth.
Add sugar, butter, egg and spices.
Mix well until smooth.
Add cream, fold in well.
Place in prepared pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until middle test comes out clean.
