Lempesis Beef Stew(For 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef or lamb (add bones for flavor)
    2 regular size brown onions, cut and sauteed
    1 bell pepper
    1 celery
    1 regular tomato paste
    1 regular tomato sauce
    1 can water
    2 cloves garlic
    2 dashes of oregano
    salt and pepper for taste
Preparation
    Saute onions; let brown. Add beef and saute. Add all ingredients to pot. Simmer on low for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
