Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak (small pieces)
1 can tomatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Melt shortening in skillet.
Brown meat in shortening using salt and black pepper.
Combine all other ingredients; put on top of meat.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
