Chicken Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken (about 13 to 15 oz.)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 dashes of garlic salt
    1 dash of worcestershire sauce (probably about 1 1/2 tsp.)
    1 pkg. of slivered almonds
Preparation
    Mix all together (except almonds) and put in microwave to melt cream cheese.
    After it has melted add almonds.
    Serve warm with crackers.
