Imperial Salad Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large, ripe bananas
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped cherries
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mash bananas with fork.
    Blend in other ingredients.
    Pour into ice cube tray or salad mold.
    Freeze until firm.
    Cut in wedges and serve on salad greenery.
    Serves 6.
