Mustard Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. cut green beans
    1 c. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. celery salt
    3 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 c. flour
    4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 qt. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut the beans about 1-inch long; boil for 1/2 hour in salted water, then drain water.
    To the vinegar, add sugar and other ingredients, except the flour.
    Mix everything well; put on beans. Mix water and flour; put on beans.
    Cook slowly.
