Ground Venison Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground venison
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    4 large potatoes, sliced
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown ground venison, onion and garlic in oil.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Drain.
