Remi'S Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    6 red maraschino cherries, cut in halves
    1/4 c. sugar (more or less to taste)
Preparation
    Combine oranges, coconut, pineapple, cherries and sugar in a medium bowl.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
    Serves 8.
