Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 pkg. taco sauce
    2 cans bean soup
    3 medium tomatoes, diced
    1/2 c. green onions
    2 cans black olives
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    Tostitos chips
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning.
    Assemble:
    Spread bean dip on large shallow platter.
    Top with avocado mixture; layer with sour cream, sprinkle with onions, olives and tomatoes.
    Cover with cheese.
    Serve chilled with a bowl of Tostitos chips.
