Grits Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits
    6 c. water
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, beaten separately
    seasoned salt to taste (garlic salt)
    Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Bring water to boil.
    Add grits; cook until thick.
    Add cheese, beaten egg yolks and seasonings.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Fold in beaten egg whites and turn into a well-greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer if dish is deep. Good served with fried chicken and pork entrees.
