Plum Pudding Rum Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. dark rum
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Pour brown sugar in pot; stir with spoon.
    Add water; heat until sugar starts to crystallize.
    When clear, add butter, then rum.
    Thicken with flour or corn starch.
    Serve over plum pudding.
