Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can mandarins, drained
    2 tsp. mandarin peel in syrup
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 baskets strawberries, halved
    watercress or endive
    1 mandarin
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. mandarin syrup
    1 lb. Feta cheese
Preparation
    Simmer mandarin peel, water and sugar in saucepan for about 15 minutes.
    Put drained mandarin sections in a bowl, cover with berries.
    Cover with peel and syrup mixture.
    Chill.
    Arrange watercress or endive on plates, cover with fruit and syrup mixture, top with chunks of Feta cheese.
    Serves 4.
