Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. hot mashed potatoes
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 c. diced celery
    2 onions, minced
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    4 tsp. butter (melted)
    8 c. cubed bread
Preparation
    Mix the eggs and potatoes together.
    Blend in salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, celery, onions, parsley flakes and butter.
    Add cubed bread, 1 cup at a time, to potato mixture and mix well. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for approximately 45 minutes or until top is crusty brown.
