Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs, separated
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Beat eggs whites until stiff, then fold into cake mixture.
Beat well.
Pour in greased tube pan. Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0
or until done when tested. Cool before slicing.
