Chocolate Goody - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boxes Baker German Chocolate
    2 sq. Bakers unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    6 eggs, separated
    2 c. heavy cream
    1 doz. almond macaroons
    1 doz. lady fingers
Preparation
    Melt all chocolate together in a double boiler.
    Add water and sugar a little at a time until all is combined.
    Let cool.
    Add beaten egg yolks.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Let chocolate mixture come to room temperature and fold in beaten egg whites. Layer dish on the bottom with macaroons and lady fingers around the side.
    Pour in chocolate mixture.
    Refrigerate.
    Whip heavy cream until stiff.
    Spread over top of chocolate mixture.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
