Pecan Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and sugar.
    Beat in egg.
    Add vanilla, flour, salt, baking powder and nuts.
    Spread evenly in an 8 x 8-inch pan that has been greased and floured.
    Bake for about 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
