Thick Batter For Fried Foods - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Blend dry ingredients in bowl.
    Stir together eggs, milk and oil.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
    Prepare food to be fried.
    Dry food thoroughly; coat with flour.
    Using tongs, dip food into batter, letting excess drip off.
    Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375\u00b0, deep enough to float food that is to be fried.
    Fry until golden.
