Individual Shrimp Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    4 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. roughly cut shrimp (shrimp can be replaced by other shellfish, mushrooms, chopped ham, bacon or sauteed onions)
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. finely grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. fresh dill (replace dill with 1/8 tsp. nutmeg)
    1/3 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cream butter and cheese very well; beat in 2 tablespoons cream; work in flour and salt to make dough.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
