Carolina Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked or canned apple slices
Preparation

Melt butter in 2-quart casserole.
Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in bowl.
Mix well.
Add milk and butter.
Pour batter into 2-quart casserole.
Drain apples, put in center of batter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until batter covers fruit and crust browns.
Serve warm.
