Easy-Does-It Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion (diced)
    4 potatoes (diced)
    2 c. canned Niblets corn with broth
    4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in large pot until golden.
    Add potatoes and water.
    Cook until softened.
    Add corn and broth, milk, salt and pepper.
    Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
    Makes 6 servings.
