Spaghetti Bolognese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes, broken up
    2 cans (6 oz. each) tomato paste
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    hot cooked spaghetti
Preparation
    Crumble beef into a 3-quart microproof casserole.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Place in microwave oven.
    Cook on High 3 minutes. Stir to break up beef; drain.
    Place in microwave oven.
    Cook on High, 2 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Cover. Cook on 50% power for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving over spaghetti.
    Yields 10 servings.
