Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. marshmallow cream
    real milk chocolate, grated (about 13 oz.)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Combine butter, milk and sugar.
    Boil 5 1/2 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add all remaining ingredients except walnuts.
    Stir until mixed well.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Makes about 5 pounds.
