Baked Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill (1 tsp. dry dill weed)
    1 tsp. grated lemon zest
    1 clove garlic, minced fine
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. salt
    fresh grated black pepper to taste
    1 head cauliflower
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend in small bowl all ingredients. Trim cauliflower of leaves and cut core to allow head to sit on it.
    Spread butter mixture evenly over head.
    Sit head upright in casserole dish and cover with foil tightly.
    Bake for 1 1/4 hours. Serve whole.
    Spoon juices over it.
