Baked Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms
1 c. finely chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/4 c. softened butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of white pepper
1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Remove stems from mushrooms.
Arrange caps, hollow side up, in a shallow baking dish.
Chop stems and in a small bowl, mix stems with the pecans, parsley, butter, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
Heap into the mushroom caps.
Pour the cream over the mushrooms and bake 20 minutes, basting with the cream a couple of times.
Serves 4.
